How are we different?

Each search assignment we conduct includes up to six-months of executive coaching to our placed candidate to support them through their transition. We don't believe that our success is measured by just a placement, but also by the impact our candidate makes to your organization.

What roles do we fill?

We place key leadership roles across the following functions: Commercial (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Product Management), Operations (Plant Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Management, and Corporate (Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal, etc).  

How do you approach candidate care?

We treat our candidates with respect and dignity throughout our process. As a partner with our clients we operate as an extension of their organizations. We recognize that we are often the first representation of their organizations and we treat this with the appropriate consideration and care.
